Pantry & Cabinet Organization with Labels
Printables aren’t just for parties & wall decor!
One of my favorite ways to use them is actually for home ORGANIZATION… especially when it comes to organizing the pantry and medicine cabinet!
We don’t have a huge pantry (and it’s usually not as clean as in the “before” photo below, lol). However, we do a lot of cooking and baking, and labeled containers have made ingredients so much easier to find AND continue to make me so much happier whenever I walk in. ;)
It’s the same thing with our medicine cabinet… which used to be SUCH a mess, but now we have separate, labeled bins for cold/flu, pain relief, bandages, supplements, etc. (Photo example below.)
How to Make The Labels
Making these pantry/cabinet labels requires simple printing, laminating, and cutting steps. (Laminating them is optional but also the key to making them long-lasting! I’ve been using the ones pictured here for almost 3 years, and they’re still in great condition despite LOTS of use.)
STEP 1. Customize & Download the printable labels.
STEP 2. Run each printed sheet through a home laminator. (I used this laminator from Target.)
STEP 3. Use scissors to cut out the labels (very easy with the straight-edged design!)
STEP 4. Hot glue the labels on your storage containers. (Links to the containers I used are below.)
Links to the containers I used:
- Small Brightroom storage baskets – Target
- Plastic pantry storage – Large 10 Pack and Small/Medium Set – both from Amazon
Materials List:
- Printed Pantry Labels (or any Small Label design)
- Scissors
- Laminator + Laminating Sheets (optional BUT recommended!)
- Hot Glue Gun
- Storage Containers
Happy organizing! If you’re interested in a different design than the labels I used here, you can change the font OR choose any of the many other same-sized label designs on my website. :)
