Screams, scares and monsters galore! Blair Dean designed this adorable Monsters Inc. Themed Party for her son Lincoln’s 3rd birthday! Streamers, ombre and DIY elements (streamer backdrop, hard hats & “scream canisters”) make this party frighteningly sweet! :)
PARTY HIGHLIGHTS to look out for:
- Boo’s Cupcake Bites, George Sunderson’s Cuties and Mike Wazowski’s Grapes
- Purple & blue ombre birthday cake topped with a Funko bobble head Sully!
- “Scarer of the Month” Poster + DIY Hard Hats
PARTY DETAILS, as told by Blair…
Monsters Inc themed birthday party for my son. Decorations include a “Scarer of the Month” poster with each month being my son that month of his past year. Monsters Inc construction hats (DIY spray painted blue and used a circle punch for the Monsters Inc labels) Streamers were used as the table backdrop. I made all the character food labels, party favor tags and signs using the website picmonkey.com. All food and desserts made by me, food included. A Sully cake, using a Sully Funko Pop bobble head as the topper. I decorated clear push pops with washi tape to make the cake scream canisters. I made chocolate covered oreos and decorated them as Mike Wazowski for the party favors. I made pb&J sushi rolls to represent Harryhausen’s sushi restaurant from the movie.
