It’s hard to believe that 4th of July is only 2 days away… which means hooray for a 2-day work week! ;) If you’re going to be a 4th of July hostess this year though, 2 days ALSO means that there’s not a lot of time left for planning your celebration. With all the amazing minds pumping out creative content these days, there’s definitely no shortage of fabulous 4th of July party ideas to be found. Here we go…

4th of july patriotic cocktails with fruit

PATRIOTIC FOOD & DRINKS:

1. Rocket Dogs {via Family Fun} – How clever are these?!

2. Barbecued Corn on a Stick displayed in a bed of fritos

3. White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Bites – Only 2 ingredients! How’s that for easy? ;)

4. Edible Eagles {via Noble Pig} – Incredibly cute & unexpected!

5. Pour-and-Serve Cocktails + Patriotic Fruit: – Instead of spending a lot of time mixing & muddling at the party, keep things easy with a clear pour-and-serve cocktail like BACARDI Classic Cocktails Light (pictured above, available in Pina Colada and Mojito), then garnish with red, white and blue fruit such as strawberries, pears, blueberries, etc. Use a star-shaped cutter to cut watermelon, apples, or pears into star shapes.
