Chocolate Dipped Pringles

Nazra from Make It, Bake It, Create It and (who sent in the pretty Stella & Dot dessert table featured earlier today), was kind enough to shoot a step-by-step DIY on the Chocolate Dipped Pringles & Pretzels for us, including some helpful notes & topping suggestions.

I’m a sucker for anything Salty + Sweet… how about you? Enjoy! =)

You can leave the Pringles half dipped, as shown above, or dip the 2nd side once the first half dries and completely cover the chips. Here are examples of black & white and all-chocolate versions:

CHOCOLATE DIPPED Pretzels & Pringles:

These desserts are SUPER SIMPLE and SUPER DELICIOUS! Who doesn’t like a little salt with their sweets? The variations of these are endless!

For the Pringles: you could use white chocolate for half of it (see pictures) – or any other color of the candy melts for that matter!

For the Pretzels: Sprinkles, sprinkles, & more sprinkles to match whatever themed party you are throwing! Or…some crushed Heath Bar or any other candy melt color drizzled on top (both shown in pictures)!

Helpful Notes:

  • If the candy melts are too thick after melted, feel free to add a tiny bit of vegetable oil. It thins it out a bit and helps make the “dip” a little smoother.
  • After you’ve dipped all your Pringles or Pretzels, stick the cookie tray you’ve put them on in the refrigerator – they’ll harden up in less than a couple of minutes!
  • Keep dipped Pringles and Pretzels stored in an air-tight container until you are ready to serve them or its close to party time – so they don’t go stale! “

YUM! I am SO making these with Ruffles and pretzel twists after we’re married in 3 weeks. I have a compulsion to eat all chocolate covered pretzels in sight so I had to ban them from my diet before the wedding!

    Thanks Jenn!

This recipe looks amazing! When my recipes call for “Chocolate chips,” I substitute them with “Xocai Healthy Chocolate.”
Their “chocolate” is full of “flavinols” and “Dark chocolate” has actually been proven to be good for you!
Because “Xocai” “cold presses” all their “cocoa,” the “good stuff” is preserved and packed full of “heart healthy antioxidants!”

I love everything to do with parties. I love chocolate covered pretzels and have been making them for years to help get the pretzels covered use a tall glass to melt the chocolate in and it makes it so much easier. I can hardly wait to try the pringles.
