Willy Wonka themed birthday cake

This amazing, larger-than-life WILLY WONKA themed birthday party by Tracie from {tsj} Photography is seriously a sweet tooth’s dreamland come true!

From lollipop table centerpieces and huge candy themed cut-outs to “Golden Ticket” chocolate bar invitations, giant wrapped “hard candies” hanging from the ceiling, a truly fantastic Willy Wonka themed cake, and more… it’s apparent that a {very creative & colorful} sugar rush was in full swing here! I kind of wish I could’ve witnessed the looks on the kids faces when they arrived and took THIS sight in… ;)

PARTY DETAILS, as told by Tracie

“It all started with my sweet-tooth-chocolate-loving girl!  when talking about her upcoming birthday party, all she knew was that she wanted a chocolate fountain there.  Perfect! We’ll have a Willy Wonka themed party complete with a chocolate fountain. I wanted décor that would really make a statement when the birthday guests arrived and found just the right things at Shindigz .  we also hung cellophane-wrapped ‘candies’ from the ceiling and wrapped the tables with astro-turf to complete the look.

To create excitement for the party, Nellie designed an incredible golden ticket invite, wrapped in a piper bar!  Nellie also created lots of personalized touches that we could incorporate throughout the party: favor tags, a piper soda label, a sign for the chocolate fountain, and even a label for our toothbrush favors.

In keeping with the colors of the invitation, I was able to use orange and hot pink throughout the party details.  One of my favorite details were the stenciled ‘piper bar’ boxes freshly delivered to the factory!”
