Daisy of Leo & Bella created this ethereal {Pink Tutu} Ballerina Birthday Party that’s overflowing with soft, feminine, and stunning details. I just LOVE the idea of using tutus as a backdrop… and stringing them as garlands! If you have any other fabulous ballerina party ideas, please feel free to share in the comments. :)

PARTY HIGHLIGHTS to look out for:

  • Creative ballerina backdrop made of pink tutu “garlands”
  • A {gorgeous} triple tier cake with fondant pastel bows
  • An old wooden coffee table painted mint green for the “kids table”
  • Elegant treats like darling ballet shoe sugar cookies and heart shaped jam tarts

PARTY DETAILS, as told by Daisy

I would like to share this Ballerina & Tutu 4th birthday party we created for a lovely little girl who has just started ballet and loves everything about it! We have chosen to use pink, mint and a hint of gold as the our color palette for this party and created a regal invite and stationery to match.

A tutu, white singlet, a head piece and a tulle pom pom awaits each lucky guest upon arrival. The tulle tutu also made a good backdrop to our dessert table and we have a tulle table skirt and the pointed shoe as decoration.

After all the girls got in their ballerina outfit they got to taste all the wonderful sweets such as ballerina shoe cookies, cake pops, panna cotta, mini lemon meringue tart, heart shaped jam tart and some beautiful cupcakes.

We set the drink station at children’s height so they could easily reach and refill their mini milk bottles with soda and help themselves to popcorn. The party table used to be an old wooden coffee table which has been painted mint green and is a key feature of the party.

Fantastico questo allestimento per il quarto compleanno di una piccola ballerina! Girandole, tulle e dolcetti, tutto rigorosamente in un delicatissimo rosa. By Leo & Bella.

Beautiful party! I did the same party for the daughter, except I used a brighter color theme. Instead of light pink tutus, I ordered a multicolored pink tutu mix from Tutu Girl http://www.tutugirl.com. I ordered printables from Anders Ruff. I did order from Kiss My Cakes and they were gorgeous too! http://www.kissmycakes.com
