
Creepy “Pina Ghoulada” Halloween Cocktail
If you like piña coladas… AND celebrating Halloween, then you’re gonna LOVE this!!
It tastes just like the cocktail we all know and love, but it’s garnished with a creepy edible EYEBALL that’s perfect for Halloween. PLUS, there’s a little dry ice action for a spooky finishing touch!
Pina Ghoulada Cocktail

Ingredients:
- Piña Colada cocktail mixer – 5 oz
- Rum – 2 oz
- Regular Ice – 2 cups
- Speared Eyeball Garnish – canned lychee, strawberry jam, blueberries (Full instructions are below.)
- Dry Ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend rum, Pina Colada Mix, and regular ice in a blender.
- Pour the frozen mixture into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a “speared eyeball”.
- Use tongs to drop a small piece of dry ice in the center of the cocktail. (Do not touch dry ice directly.)

Edible Eyeball Garnishes
These garnishes are super easy to make! Just spoon a little red fruit jam into the cavity of lychee fruit, then place a blueberry on top of the jam. Add enough jam to where it oozes out from behind the blueberry so the effect looks nice and gruesome. ;)
The dry ice is optional, but it sure adds an instant WOW factor!
