PARTY DETAILS, as told by Ernest…

The theme is basically revolving on the colors and having a “grown” up theme. Dapper style :)

The invitations were printed on hard board and were placed with a customized bowtie in different printed fabrics. These were attached to a stick and placed on the actual invite. Names of the guests were placed on the stick as well.

Upon arrival, kids were given bowties to be worn all throughout the party. The kids had pictures taken at two areas. One is a cloth draped backdrop with fabricated kites and a set up of two wing chairs, hanging wooden pastel frames and a side table.

Game booths were set up to entertain the kids and the adults alike. Pop the balloon and ring toss. Activity for the kids: Decorate your own notebooks and pencil cases.

We had a table which was named, “How well do you know Matti.” Guests were to answer trivia questions about the celebrant and were asked to place their answers in the glass jar provided. We also had a DIY bassinet with balloons for the birthday celebrant.

For decor we had a cabinet filled with knick knacks – photos, wish cards and candles. Also, signage for the dessert table + Chinese take out boxes decorated with ribbons and printed paper to make it look “dapper.”

Could you tell me how the backdrop was made for the dessert? Is it all fabric or mixture of paper and wall paper
