Deanna of Mirabelle Creations created this festive “Star Spangled Banner inspired” for her hometown’s Great American Brass Band Festival – what a creative and perfect way to celebrate the occasion!

There’s so much great inspiration for 4th of July in here too… I’m especially loving the mason jar cherry pies topped with star shaped pie crusts (so cute!) and the big hanging paper stars – which are such a great DIY decor idea for all sorts of occasions.

PARTY DETAILS, as told by Deanna…

“I designed this rustic Star Spangled Banner inspired table for our local Great American Brass Band Festival.  Summertime means outdoor concerts to all music lovers.  Many of these concerts, including our little town’s Great American Brass Band Festival, include outdoor table decorating contests for the concerts.  Decorating the table and planning the menu can be as much fun as enjoying the great music.  I designed the party printables to be used for outdoor concerts, but they could also be used for the Fourth of July.

This party incorporates a red, light blue and royal blue color scheme.  The star image is repeated throughout — on the party printables, the pie crust stars on top of the individual mason jar cherry pies, the star marshmallows, and the hanging stars above the tables.  I made the red gingham napkins.  The table runner is made of burlap fabric, for a rustic feel.  The mason jars, used in the individual cherry pies and for drinks, also create a more casual, rustic table.  The cupcakes, Red Velvet and Kentucky Maker’s Mark Chocolate Bourbon, were provided by The Twisted Sifter.
