free modern thanksgiving party printables

You might have already seen the sneak peek from last week, but I’m excited to announce today that the new HWTM “Grateful Mod” Party Collection to benefit Operation Give Thanks is now available for FREE download!

The collection includes: Fill-in Invitations, Napkin Rings/Vase Wraps, Place Cards, Square Favor Tags, Cupcake Toppers/Party Circles, Bottle Labels, Drink Tags, Paper Patterns and Party Embellishments. {See detailed views of everything below!}

Free Download:

  • Click here to download high-res PDFs of everything (in one 26M zip file).

Please note: Because this collection was created in honor of Operation Give Thanks with the overall goal of benefiting military families, I would really appreciate it if you would consider making an online donation – no matter how big or small – in return for downloading the collection!

Another great idea would be to somehow incorporate a charity element that benefits Operation Give Thanks into the party you host with these designs, whether it’s your traditional Thanksgiving dinner, a fall corporate event, your monthly Bunco group meet-up, fall cocktails & desserts with the girls, etc! (Pumpkin Pie Martini’s, anyone?!)

Here’s a little more info on Operation Give Thanks, direct from the source:

WHAT IS OPERATION GIVE THANKS?

Operation Give Thanks is a nation-wide fundraising party to help Operation Shower continue our mission to throw amazing baby showers for military families to ease the burden of deployment.

We are often asked how to best help Operation Shower. We decided that since Operation Shower gives back to our military families through parties, so can YOU! We are asking people across the nation to host a party between now and the end of the year that will help to raise money for Operation Shower. What a wonderful way to express your gratitude and thanks at this special time of year.

Our long-term goal is to reach every military base in the nation. Our short-term goal is to raise $50,000 through Operation Give Thanks to enable us to shower over 200 more moms-to-be! That’s right, if you raise $250 for Operation Shower, that enables us to throw a full amazing baby shower with gifts for a military mom to be whose spouse is deployed for 6 months or longer!”

Thanks so much for sharing these. I will be using them for Thanksgiving this year as well as our annual “Second Thanksgiving” party in May of 2011 with our close friends. I also just did a donation via Google. What a great charity!

Anyone else have issues with downloading the files? Keep getting the message the files are damaged…for the Party Embellishments, Place Cards, Napkin Rings, Favor Tags and Bottle Labels. The remaining files I was able to open with no problems.

    • Christina October 24, 2010 at 10:20 am

I keep getting the same error messages :(

    • jenn s. October 26, 2010 at 12:19 pm

Hi there! I’m not sure what’s going on with the .zip file, so I’m going to upload everything individually to Scribd.com (hopefully by tomorrow) and will update the links here as soon as that’s done! Keep you posted!

  14. jenn s. October 27, 2010 at 3:51 pm

Just wanted to let you know that there are 2 options for downloading now – the original way with the .zip file, and then also through Scribd.com, which I think should help eliminate any errors! Here’s a link to everything at Scribd: https://www.scribd.com/login?return=%2Fdocument_collections%2F2694476

You can also just pick & choose what elements you want instead of downloading the whole collection.

There’s nothing wrong with the zip file. Looks like the files are doubled and the first half are no good. The second half are fine. =)

  19. Bonnie O. November 10, 2010 at 7:34 am

Oh my goodness…these are A-MAZING! Thanks so much for creating and sharing these wonderful Thanksgiving printables. I will use them for sure!

I love love love these! I have posted about it on my blog http://www.simplyawesomeprintables.blogspot.com. Thank you so much!

  21. Annie November 19, 2010 at 6:42 pm

The printables aren’t working for me either. I’ve tried several times now, through Scribd, and the site never stops loading or allows me to download. I’ve also tried on other computers. Frustrating!

    • jenn s. November 20, 2010 at 10:05 am

      Hi Annie –
I’m sorry the downloads are giving you issues. If you want I can email you the files individually in separate emails. They’re pretty large since they’re high resolution, though, so just let me know if that’s the way you want to go.

I also have them all in a zip file here if that’s easier:

      Thanks!
      Jenn

  22. Emma November 21, 2010 at 8:10 am

I know this is a silly question but i was wondering if you guys print this yourself or do you guys usually go somewhere else to print them? and what paper would you use

    • jenn s. November 22, 2010 at 1:12 pm

      Hi Emma –
I actually printed these at Fedex Kinkos and used their standard 80# laser photo paper (with the regular finish, which is not glossy). I just feel like the colors turn out richer on their printers than my own home printer, but you can definitely print them at home too!

  23. Tartlette November 21, 2010 at 1:33 pm

Would love to download the cupcake toppers but unfortunately that particular file is loading with errors and will not download from Scribd.com.

I haven’t tried the others as I really just want the topper file…

    :(

  24. Tartlette November 21, 2010 at 1:38 pm

    Whoops,
Somehow I missed Jen’s posting with the Zip files.
Was able to downloaded them – thank you!

  25. Rachel December 27, 2010 at 4:31 pm

I know you may not be able to answer this, but what computer software do you use to create these? I think they are amazing and would love to start a new hobby!

    Thanks,
    Rachel

    • jenn s. December 27, 2010 at 4:52 pm

      Hi Rachel –
I used Adobe Photoshop to create these, and pretty much everything that I do digitally! It’s an amazing tool :)

  26. Amanda September 2, 2011 at 7:57 pm

These labels go perfect with the cookies I am going to make.

  27. claudia October 20, 2011 at 4:22 pm

I would like to download the file but I’m not able to do so when I go to Scribd. Could I have it via email? Thanks so much.

    • jenn s. October 21, 2011 at 7:15 am

      Hi Claudia –

Just tried to email you a link to download a zip file of everything, the email got kicked back to me. In case you happen to check back here, here’s the link: (It’s about 27M because everything is high-res)

      Hope that works! :)

  28. Leah November 8, 2011 at 8:12 am

Is there a way that you can send me the file so that I can type onto the items and then print? Specifically I would love to use the buffet cards. Thank you so much!

  29. Beatriz November 22, 2011 at 9:48 pm
