Gender Reveal Party Ideas {“Pink vs. Blue” Picks}

pink and blue gender reveal party ideas

Gender reveal parties are a trend that I’m seeing more of lately – both in regards to party submissions we receive and other mentions ’round the web. I’ve yet to actually attend one myself, but I’ve definitely seen lots of “reveal moment” photos online, and it’s always fun to see the looks of excitement and pure joy on the faces of the parents-to-be.

Tara from Stroller Traffic asked me to contribute some Gender Reveal Party picks this week, so I designed this inspiration board to match a cute invitation design from Tiny Prints. Click here for full details on everything pictured above.

Also – if you don’t want to go with the traditional “pink and blue” palette, by all means feel free to swap out any colors of your choice! This is super easy to do in person, but harder to accomplish using found product imagery online, as I came to discover while working on this project. You can also go for a non-color centric theme, like these cute honeybee, wonderlandia, and countdown inspired gender reveal celebrations!
