PARTY DETAILS, as told by Fearon

Fearon May Events got the pleasure to plan this over the top Giants Baseball Birthday Party for Jace’s 9th Birthday. The guests entered the room through the custom brick entrance we made with the replica of the AT&T Ballpark sign. With had lots of activities to keep the kids busy from Indoor Laser Tag, Bounce House, Magic show, Air Brush Tattoo artist, face painting and a “Fear the Beard” photo booth. We used giant Brian Wilson heads we purchased from Fathead.com with beard and mustache props for the guests to take picture in the photo booth. My favorite part was the elaborate concession stand we made with everything baseball! We had bags of peanuts, custom Giants logo cookies, red ropes and cracker jacks. We even had custom To Go boxes for the guests to take treats home with them. We purchased Coke and Orange soda which we used custom logo wraps on the sodas and beverage to tie in with the theme. The custom dessert display featured the Golden Gate Bridge, a brick façade and “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” sign. The adorable cake from was decked out in Giants theme as well. We had two different designs for the centerpieces. One was three mini bats holding a floral pom made to look at like a baseball. The second centerpiece was a cylinder filled with baseballs and a Giants hat with a glove and ball. It also had the big foam finger on the table as well which the kids loved. The favors where logo baseballs and mini Giants hats which were tucked into the orange napkin. The lounge furniture was transformed into the Giants Dugout and was a great place for the kids to sit for the magic show as well as for Jace to open his presents. The kids had a blast and the event was such a success. Go Giants!
