This next Real Party feature is so much fun… and very UNIQUE!Glam Rockstar” is always a fun party theme, but it just so happens that this one has a canine twist! Yep… Kristy from Posh Pixels Design Studio threw this ultra-creative “Ozzy Fest” birthday bash in honor of her adorable pup!

And just as any good hostess would do, Kristy kept both the guest of honor AND the party guests in mind and created TWO different “treat tables”: a Doggie Dessert Table – complete with “doggie bags” – and a (rawhide-free) Human Dessert Table! Both set-ups are fantastic, and there are so many great photos & ideas to share that I’m breaking this feature up into 2 parts. Check out details on the Doggie Dessert Table here, then Part 2 will recap the Drinks Table and FABULOUS Human Dessert Table (sneak peek at the bottom of this post!).

Read on for LOTS more fun images + party intro and shopping resources from Kristy

This was a “Glam-Rockstar” themed party for my puppy Ozzy’s 1st birthday. We had both a Human  Dessert Table and a Doggie Dessert Table! Since this was an indoors party due to weather, the party was for human guests only. The doggie dessert table  was a “Make a Doggie Bag” station, for guests to take a “swag bag” of  treats home to their pooches!

The table backdrops were constructed using wrapping paper from Hobby Lobby. The tables were styled in collaboration with a good friend of mine, Lindsey Cannon, who has been styling fabulous parties & weddings for the past  few years and is also a display designer for Anthropologie.”

I”m speechless – this is way too cute. The puppies are sitting next to me salivating and looking very jealous. Actually I would like this party for me! What does that mean? Lots of thought went into this!

Nice theme. Now is it me or is that dish with the dog biscuits on it really a frisbee?
