Heavenly Holiday: Dazzling Desserts & Decor
Is this dessert display GORGEOUS, or what?! And it’s is only just the beginning… there are SO many creative details to share from this “HEAVENLY HOLIDAY” photo shoot that I had to break the feature into multiple (and very eye-candy-filled!) posts… so the Desserts, Hot Cocoa Bar, and a few of the Decor elements are featured here… stay tuned for the beautiful table, Christmas tree, & more in part 2!
This design is a shining example of what can happen when some truly talented ladies collaborate, which in this case means: Jaclyne from Heavenly Blooms, Kim from The TomKat Studio, Gianna from Chic Celebrations, and Melody from Sweet & Saucy Shop… no wonder everything turned out so fabulous!!
Read on for LOTS more gorgeous & inspiring pics – as captured by Drew of Drew B Photography – plus a little insight from Kim on how this photo shoot came to be…
Details from Kim:
“Jaclyne from Heavenly Blooms and I have been following each other’s work for some time. We had been talking about collaborating on a photo shoot and waiting for the right opportunity. When she sent me an fabulous holiday wedding inspiration board by Snippet & Ink, I was in LOVE!
Jaclyne found a gorgeous location and coordinated amazing Orange County vendors for the shoot. She created all of the gorgeous floral pieces (including the stunning white wreath!) and styled the shoot with the help of Gianna from Chic Celebrations. The baked goods were provided by the fabulous Melody from Sweet & Saucy, along with lovely cake stands from her supply shop. I designed labels, cupcake toppers, favor tags and signs to match the “heavenly” theme. All of the details were captured beautifully by Drew of Drew B Photography.”
And now for more eye candy, starting with the fabulous decorative accents: white carnation trees, a huge white carnation wreath, and a beautiful fireplace candle arrangement and suspended ornament display:
Melody’s amazing cupcakes look fabulous with Kim’s stylish cupcake toppers… I just love that modern background pattern – it’s also used on some of the cookies!
And now for the Hot Cocoa Bar… this is such a fun idea!
- Stay tuned for Part 2 – coming soon!
P.S. I’m also filing this under Bridal Showers, because there’s so much great inspiration here for a winter or Tiffany-themed celebration, don’t you think?!
