I cohosted this baby shower with a couple friends. I took care of the decorations and they made all the food and drinks. I chose the “Keep Calm” theme because I wanted something original that I haven’t seen done before and the girl that we were hosting the shower for loves the Keep Calm signs. The colors of the baby’s nursery are orange and aqua chevron so I wanted to go with those as the base colors for the shower then I threw in some grey, a little yellow and green just to make it really colorful. The venue was the house of one of the cohosters and her dining room wall color was PERFECT for the color scheme of the party. The theme ended up being a perfect fit because our mommy to be was in the hospital the night before her shower with pre-term labor. Luckily, they got it stopped and told her to keep calm and make it one more week. ;)
