NEW Vintage Glam Holiday Theme {+ Free Party Printables}
I posted a little sneak peek of our brand new Vintage Holiday Glam theme earlier this month – but the full details are now up!
My goal with this theme was to achieve a look that was a little bit rustic/country, a little bit glam, so I started with a mix of vintage & modern patterns like plaid, vintage scroll banners, and chevron stripes + a color palette of bright red, deeper red, tan, and silvery/gray. You can find download links for the free printables below.
Key decorative elements included: rattan, raffia, holiday berries, and natural “grassy” forest creatures from the Alpine Sparkle holiday collection at Pier 1, as well as DIY pinecone garlands, mason jar glasses, hints of snow-white feathers, and vintage-glam Christmas ornaments ranging from antiqued silver keys and plaid ball ornaments to shiny red stiletto boots!
The capiz shell and wicker ball backdrop (pictured above, left) was one of my very favorite details from this shoot, in addition to the cute little deer peeking out from the hutch and the White Chocolate Peppermint Mousse from the dessert table, which was garnished with pastry stars and candy canes and served in mini martini glasses (see link to recipe below).
From the dessert table: White Chocolate Peppermint Mousse and Raspberry Cheesecake Parfait Shooters.
FREE PARTY PRINTABLES:

Love it!!
Beautiful job!
Thanks!
Cute! I really like the combination of colors.
This is so classic and just beautiful. Captures a holiday feeling without needing Santas and Christmas trees everywhere :) And I think this could be pulled off in anyone’s home with this inspiration, the printables and a few purchases–just what I love to see on an entertaining blog. Thanks for a great post!
Great job! So lovely.

I’m in love with these printables….thank you so much…I’m going to use them for our annual church Ladies Tea. The theme this year is “Joyful Journey” and I think this vingette will be perfect with these beautiful printables. Thanks, I LOVE HWTM because I’m not all that creative left to my own devices!
Thanks for all the sweet comments! So happy you guys are liking this one! It was fun to work on :)
I love this! It’s like the best of both worlds!
how did you create the capiz shell and wicker ball backdrop?
Hi Susan –
The capiz shell “curtain” is actually part of my regular home decor, and is super easy to make. Those are just ready-made strands of shells hanging from a curtain rod attached to the wall. (You could attach them to any sort of temporary rod/tablebackdrop as well though.) To customize them for this theme, I punched 2″ circles from the paper patterns and stuck them to some of the shells using {removeable} glue dots, and then just hung the wicker balls from silver ribbon on the same curtain rod. These particular wicker balls are sold in a pack at IKEA, and you can find the capiz shell garlands at JamaliGarden.com. Hope that helps! :)
Absolutely GORGEOUS!! The colors, the patterns, the curtain!! Spectacular! One of my favorite holiday collections I ever seen.

Soo cute! Love it! Thanks so much. I love this and the starbucks decor. Where are the placemats from? I was also wondering where your hutch is from. I love it.
