Persimmon Plum Wedding Ideas

In continuation of yesterday’s feature on the Gorgeous Persimmon & Plum Theme by Vanessa from Alchemy Fine Events & Invitations, here’s part 2, which features lovely ideas for a color-coordinating Candy Bar and Fruit & Nut Bar!

In addition to the super-stylish flower-shaped candy labels, I’m loving all the milk glass vessels and unique decorative accents like white mums displayed on top of terracotta roof tiles!

CANDY BAR

“The same peach, persimmon, purple and plum color from the tablescape was incorporated into the candy bar, which featured retro shaped milkglass vessels filled with vintage classics like sprees and pastel creamsicle chews.

Flower-shaped dessert tags hung with purple and peach pastel satin ribbons showed off a retro Pucci inspired punch of color and style.

FRUIT & NUT BAR

When fall holiday feasts come to mind for me, the flavorful memories of harvest fruits (like persimmons and plums), and bowls of tempting warm nuts are always present… and these memories are what inspired this fruit & nut bar idea. Geometric milk glass bowls were elevated with cut glass risers and used to display these fares atop an antique wooden chest.

Terracotta roof tiles accented with white blooms create a patterned backdrop for this table.

This gorgeous bowl of persimmons would be beautiful as a centerpiece for your Thanksgiving or Fall table as well, and it could double as a place to display event table numbers, as pictured here.”
