Glam Pink and Purple Wedding + Clever “Tree Sign Book” Thumbprint Guest Book
This gorgeous Pink and Purple Wedding styled by Amanda Ma of Fresh Events Company has the perfect mix of classic glam (including an amazing venue and stunning florals!) and thoughtful, sentimental details like a beautiful antique mirror that was adorned with images of the happy couple’s loved ones.
I’m especially loving the bridesmaids dresses and bridal party bouquets…the pink peonies and pink calla lilies are so lovely! And in lieu of a traditional guest book, Audrey & Mark had a “tree sign book” where guests made thumbprint “leaves” (which they signed their names on top of)… how clever & unique!

PARTY DETAILS, as told by Fresh Events Company…
This gorgeous wedding took place at the The Athenaeum California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, CA. The photography was captured by Henry Chen.
The venue itself has so much character to it and the couple wanted to stem their creativity from it. They had a vintage but classy look to their overall wedding theme. All the frames were carefully selected, whether it was for table numbers, general signage or to hold the escort cards. The frames were all different with so much character and details in each, yet they all complemented each other.
The beautiful antique mirror was adorned with loved ones. Family members and the couple themselves. Additionally, they had a cotton candy machine on site. It was fabulous. Everyone loves cotton candy! It brings back so many childhood memories.
The tree sign book was an interesting way to incorporate the guest into a lifelong souvenir. Each guests “leaf” a thumb print and write their name on their respective thumb print. Its interactive, fun and sentimental.
The bright color palette matched the couple. So vibrant and full of energy. They have so much love for each other and for their family and friends.

That’s my favorite thumbprint tree I’ve seen so far.
Beautiful wedding. Love the elegant touch to the bird cage, and the draping on the ceiling…there are no words to describe the impact of that ceiling. OMG. Vintage done very nicely.
