PARTY DETAILS, as told by Aubrey

I wanted to create a bachelorette party theme for all the girls that like their beer more than their martinis; incorporating all the details of a regular beer tasting with a feminine touch! I found some fun bright bras that I hung from coral satin ribbon with hot pink painted clothing pins. I carried the clothing pins throughout the entire set-up, serving as holders for the beer and food signs. I also cleaned up some old beer bottles and filled them with fresh roses from my yard!

Not only can guests munch on the staple beer snacks like pretzels, party mix and popcorn from Freddie’s Popcorn Company, but also bra inspired cake pops created by Candle Ready Cakes! Also, to stick with the beer theme, we served some beer bread from Celebrating Home with Judy Thompson on one of their pebbled platters.

Bachelorette parties are all about the games, so with this theme guests are able to guess the bride’s bra size and sign a “bra guest book” with their well wishes. I also created “Rate that Beer” comment cards for guests to decide what they like and don’t like about the various beers tasted.
