Stella and Dot Jewelry Party

I know there are lots of Stella and Dot fans and jewelry party hostesses out there – so I’m excited to share this creative & budget-friendly Stella and Dot inspired dessert table with you!

Nazra from Make It, Bake It, Create It and her friend Jenny did a great job drawing inspiration from the colors and “dot” element from Stella and Dot, and incorporating a gorgeous color-coordinating necklace to really bring their dessert table to life. For the edible element of the table, they went with the “Salty and Sweet” theme and offered up {mostly homemade} treats like chocolate dipped Pringles and salted caramels… YUM!  I also ADORE the hanging fabric flower balls… such a great, reusable decor idea!

PARTY DETAILS,  as told by Nazra

“With a combination of different inspiration pieces and mine & Jenny’s dessert making abilities…the table was created and very RESOURCEFULLY! We decided to go with the main colors of Stella and Dot which is the aqua with an accent of hot pink.

I also wanted to incorporate the ‘dot’ details for the serving pieces – so I decided to use my actual everyday dinner plates that I had on hand!  I also had quite a few silver pieces that also included the ‘dotting’ details – that I decided to put to use.

I wanted something that tied all the desserts together – and decided on chocolates/desserts that would taste good with SALT.  IT turned out fabulously! I made the chocolate covered Pringles, chocolate covered raisins, and chocolate dipped pretzels.  Jenny made most of the other desserts: caramel corn w/ chunks of snickers, scrumptious chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting, chocolate pudding cups, salted caramels, and chocolate ‘n’ caramel donuts.  The only thing desserts we bought  -ready to be served were the sweet and salty mixed nuts and pistachio and chocolate toffee squares from Trader Joes.

The hanging fabric ornament balls – were inspired by the cupcake toppers from CURIOUS CHARLEY’S MONKEY PARTY –  an adorable birthday party that was featured on HWTM! I made 2 different sizes and hung them up on a branches that were displayed in a large vase. They turned out great!
