If you’re a SoCal girl and looking for a fun way to celebrate this week’s release of Sex and the City 2 – or just looking for a fun excuse to get out with the girls in general – here’s an idea:

The Party Goddess and The Henley Company are “rolling out the pink carpet”  in both San Diego and LA for two SATC 2 themed events featuring a screening of the movie, an after-party at a cool venue, complimentary Cosmos, swag bags and more… and The Party Goddess always creates gorgeous, amazing events, so it’s guaranteed to be a fabulous party!

Next question… what to wear?! I’m no where near the level (ok, planet) of an “SATC fashionista” myself, but I have a feeling there will be some pretty amazing wardrobe ensembles at these events to admire from afar… I mean, really – when else can most of us rock fluorescent red pants with a multi-colored silk robe…

…or what’s best described as a “dress of many colors” complete with matching cowboy hat & neon orange cape (?), or whatever’s happening on Samantha’s head accessorized with an ornate gold canteen – without feeling totally out of place? As they say, “When in Rome…” ;)
