Twinkle Twinkle Little Star First Birthday Party {Pink & Gold}
Amanda Green of Amanda Green Photography photographed this adorable party for a client who wanted her daughter to shine on her first birthday, so she planned this Twinkle Twinkle Little Star First Birthday Party with plenty of sparkle. I am loving the chic pink, black and gold glitter color palette, as well as the adorably sophisticated desserts. Proof that a first birthday party can be sweet and stylish!
PARTY HIGHLIGHTS to look out for:
- Glittery star topped pink cake & single chocolate smash cupcake + pink & peach macarons
- Plaster handprint wrapped floral centerpieces + a sweet entryway table with first year photos of the birthday girl
- A sparkly silver backdrop, black & gold glitter birthday crown & a glittering crystal chandelier
- Pink & black polka dots & stripes paper straws + silver glitter scalloped table runner
PARTY DETAILS as told by Amanda…
Written by the birthday girl’s Mother: I was inspired by an adorable Twinkle Twinkle Little Star party that I had seen on Pinterest but I wanted to make it my own which means adding some sparkle. I wanted a pretty backdrop for those priceless smash cake photos and the sequin fabric I found on Etsy shined almost as brightly as our sweet little one year old. I made my own star cake toppers and also stuck them in the floral arrangements I made around our home. I infused the house with pops of coral. My favorite was the tassel garland from Studio Mucci in LA. It was a fun afternoon celebrating our precious girl who shines brighter than any star in the sky!

- Tassel Garland: Studio Mucci
- Sequin Fabric: Big Z Fabric
- Birthday Crown: Little Blue Olive
- Cake & Macarons: TSB Cakes
- Star Hair Clip & Star Cake Toppers: DIY

What a beautiful first birthday celebration! We are so thrilled that we could provide the cake and sweets.
So Sweet!! I also recently did my niece’s 1st birthday party in the same theme, thanks for the tips! Instead of the Macarons, I used these cute Twinkle Twinkle Little Star themed Oreos I found on Etsy as the party favors – https://www.etsy.com/listing/226895869/twinkle-twinkle-little-star-birthday
