White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

Don’t you just love it when things are easy?! There’s something kind of fantastic about simplicity, especially when it still manages to look – and taste – as great as these yummy White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Bites.

Drumroll, please… there are only TWO ingredients in this “recipe”. That’s pretty much music to the ears of a pressed-for-time hostess! :)

So here’s the secret: this bite-sized treat is simply made from hollowed out strawberries filled with ready-made White Chocolate PHILADELPHIA INDULGENCE cream cheese spread.

INSTRUCTIONS

Hollow out the strawberries using a knife, small melon baller or similar gadget. I actually used a tiny metal measuring spoon shaped like a melon baller. Then slice a little off the bottom of each strawberry so they sit upright and flat. Next, fill a pastry bag (fitted with your favorite decorating tip) with the cream cheese spread, and pipe it into the strawberries. Done!

I used to make a different version of cream cheese filled strawberries that required 4 ingredients & mixing, but why bust out 4 ingredients when you only need 2, and why bother dirtying up a mixing bowl when you can go straight from tub to piping bag, right? Right. :)

MORE FLAVORS & RECIPES

PHILADELPHIA Indulgence cream cheese spread also comes in Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate flavors, both of which would also be great with this recipe. And with our 4th of July party coming up soon, I’m planning to top this red/white version with blueberries for a super-easy patriotic treat!

I love your recipes; we are going to do this one on Sunday for our dieting group. We are going to add dark chocolate bits (cacao raw chocolate). One woman in our group lost 30 pounds by using dark chocolate.

Quick question for you! I am aiming to make this for Canada day this Wednesday coming but I have never seen this Philadelphia cream cheese spread!
Could I buy regular cream cheese and somehow work the white chocolate into it?
