Victoria Luhrs of RV Parties cooked up this adorable “Berry Sweet” Strawberry Baby Shower for a new momma and daughter-to-be! I have been totally crushing on these Springtime themes for baby showers lately. I am especially loving the retro vibe in this here, with reds and pinks set off by pops of turquoise plus that super cool red bar cart! Totally charming! :)

PARTY HIGHLIGHTS to look out for:

  • Fresh strawberry cupcakes & macarons + strawberry flavored gummy candy filled mason jars
  • Vintage bar cart with red gingham napkins, mason jar glasses & a quilt for baby
  • Paper pinwheel dessert table backdrop + sweet scalloping on the printables
  • Fresh pink & white long stemmed flowers + heart shaped strawberry guest notes

PARTY DETAILS as told by Victoria

This strawberry baby shower had all the pink, frilly & girly touches needed to prepare a new mama for the arrival of her little girl. We used vintage berry stamps to customize the envelopes that guests received. The party was loaded with pretty flowers and strawberry treats — fresh strawberries featured in spinach salad and in all the sweets. We filled jars with strawberry candy, licorice wheels, hard candy and gummy bears from Nuts.com. It’s so easy to search for strawberry candy there!

After lunch, guests could choose from many strawberry desserts on the buffet! We customized the table with pinwheels hanging behind it, and a small display box repurposed for desserts. The strawberry lemonade, iced tea and water bottles were all available on our vintage red drink cart. Fresh macarons from a local sweet store, Andre’s, fresh strawberry cupcakes from Boxer Lady Bakery, and homemade sugar cookies rounded out the strawberry options for our guests. The printables from our shop allowed us to personalize the dessert table, drink options, and label all the food with a touch of strawberry and more pink! (There’s never enough pink for baby girls!)

Each guest wrote a sweet piece of advice for the new mom on a strawberry shape and took home a goodie basket full of treats. We filled berry baskets from BonFortune with strawberry gummies and candy with labels from iLabel.com. We had to include a sweet gift for the new baby, a little strawberry plate from our shop and a homemade quilt with a strawberry pattern rounded out our decorations and a gift for the baby.

It was our pleasure to work with Kami from Orange Peel Photography. She captured all the darling details beautifully, and we were so pleased to shower a dear friend with love and strawberries!
