Scroll down to check out all the fun & colorful details. Some of my favorite elements include an awesome cactus balloon structure, a gold egret garden statue wearing a mini sombrero, and a vibrant flower crown + decorated chair for the momma-to-be. 💛
I love to welcome party guests with fun signage whenever possible! I printed the Fiesta Baby poster file at Staples, and Janeane displayed it on a rustic sandwich board sign. The cute face on the taco balloon added a sweet touch to the entrance.
DIY Cactus Balloon Garland
Janeane made this giant cactus-shaped balloon garland herself and it turned out great! You can watch the video tutorial for it on YouTube. She added flowers and BABY balloon letters to theme it up for the occasion.
This next photo really demonstrates what a major impact color can make. This is also one of those instances where more seems to be more (instead of “less is more”!). The several layers of colorful garlands + rainbow sarape blankets + giant tissue paper flowers = AMAZING. 😍
The “Welcome Baby Octavio” sign is from the printable collection too. I thought the gold egret could use some more accessories!
(And yes… this egret is supposed to be a nod to a stork. I know it’s not really the same thing but there’s at least *some* resemblance… AND there were no stork statues to be found at Ross at the time I originally bought it… for another baby shower, of course. 😉)
Fiesta Flower Crown
The gorgeous flower crown was designed by Lisa Claire Floral. It looks stunning on mom-to-be!
The tables were decorated with playful clusters of glittered Modelo bottles, mini pinatas, and painted taco shells! (You can see lots more painted taco shells right here.) She also added yarn poms and felt balls to complete the look. I love the fun mix of textures.
This whole trellis area just looks creative 🔥! How could you not feel like celebrating inside this rainbow… 💕
This sign was for the Nacho Bar, of course… 😆
And loads of tissue paper flowers for the win on this trellis post…
Fiesta Party Favors
Each guest got to pick out a cute mini cactus to go! And of course, we had to have a little more fiesta party humor here, too. 😉
Congrats to Stephanie and her family! Here she is with the party hostess, both donning floral crowns. Such a cute photo of them! 💛
