Move over Mickey, there’s a new star in town! From the printables to the birthday dress, Misha Perritt of A Lovely Designsingle-handedly created this fun & glittery Minnie Mouse Birthday Party for her darling daughter, Talula.
To add some glitz and glam to this classic theme, Misha included a generous helping of glitter & a dash of leopard print throughout the playful paper details. I’m especially loving the big, bow-topped Minnie backdrop though… there’s nothing mini about that showstopper! ;)

PARTY DETAILS, as told by Misha…
My daughter Talula was turning three and there was nothing she loved more than Minnie Mouse! I decided to change it up a bit by putting a glittery sweet twist on the traditional Minnie Mouse theme. I achieved this by using glittery gold accents, pale pinks and creams, a subtle leopard print, and rhinestone accents to complete this adorable look!
I always start by designing the invitation, followed by all of the fun party printables like food tents, favor tags, straw flags, and place cards. I decided to add glittery gold Minnie ears throughout the design to keep the theme cohesive and Minnie-rific!
I loved all the feminine details of this party like the ruffled backdrop of the dessert table and the adorable gold headbands adorned with darling pink bows (which the little girls were all given to wear). But my favorite part would have to be the custom birthday dress I made for Miss Talula to wear. It was trimmed with a pale leopard pattern around the neck and arms and adorned with a pink bow accented with delicate white feathers, a rhinestone center, and finished with a most fabulous matching hair accessory!
Some of my other favorite details of the party included the glittery gold dessert table skirt adorned with sweet tassels and the beautiful gold cake topper. And last but certainly not least, was the “Minnie” themed lunch table for Miss Talula and her little guests to enjoy their Minnie-inspired lunch! We served the girls Minnie-shaped grilled cheese, fruit, “Minnie” veggies, and dip. For dessert, everyone enjoyed Minnie-shaped sugar cookies and delectable vanilla cupcakes!
I do hope you enjoy this party as much as we did and perhaps find some inspiration for your next party!
