10 Ideas for a Festival Themed Baby Shower
It was so much fun to bring this Daisy Festival Baby Shower (and printable collection!) to life for our electric-dance-music-loving friend, Mimi. 🤩🌼🌈
This was actually a mini SURPRISE baby shower that took place on an annual girls’ trip with my college besties. And the fact that it took place on a trip means that ALL of the party decor arrived in a Tetris-style packed suitcase. 😜
Even though I’d classify this as a “mini” baby shower, these ideas could easily work for a full-size event, too. And with all its bright colors & happy-go-lucky vibes, this theme is especially perfect for summer!
Side note: We set everything up during the day (without Mimi around), then did the surprise at night after we got back from dinner. 🎉 That’s why some of these pics are in daylight, and some are at night. 🌙

Personalized Tumblers & Sunglasses
Personalized neon tumblers doubled as cute decor + party favors.
I cut the names out on my Cricut and used an adorable retro font called Sunrise.
My friend Alieh made the cutest beaded name sunglasses for everyone, too! 😎😍
She ordered the beads on Amazon and the sunglasses from Shein. They made for such fun pics!
The Bauble Bar
The Bauble Bar was definitely the focal part of the celebration! In addition to the personalized sunglasses, we had beaded bracelets with the baby’s name available in a rainbow of colors.
Fun fact – I hired my 10-year-old daughter to make all the bracelets! 🥰
The bracelets are hanging on a cute boho rainbow jewelry stand from Marshalls. I used craft paint to add some more color to the bottom of the stand.
To display the sunglasses, I set them up on a wooden thread spool storage rack. (Pro tip: These racks are such an inexpensive & effective way to display all sorts of accessories!)
A couple of fluffy, faux fur pillow covers left over from this Slumber Party came in handy for this party, too! The pillow covers sat on top of a gold “big payette” sequin table runner from Tablecloths Factory.
Sparkly pom poms & a rainbow felt garland added a playful finishing touch.
Hello there, Tiny Dancer
Dancing is a big part of any music festival, and I immediately wanted to work “Tiny Dancer” into one of the printable designs! (I also got this song stuck in my head for days, of course. 🤪)
As a baby shower gift that doubled as party decor, we found a super cute festival-inspired outfit for Baby Bexley – in 12-18m size, so that it could be used for 1st birthday or smash cake pics! 😍
I found everything for the outfit on Etsy (links below), and Alieh made a baby-sized version of the personalized sunnies to match. 💖
Outfit pieces: crocheted rainbow daisies top, sequin baby bloomers, and turquoise fringe baby booties.
Festival Garlands & Hanging Decor
Rainbow Tissue Paper Scalloped Garlands + a Honeycomb Decor Kit by Meri Meri were perfect for EASILY adding a big pop of color to the rest of the space.
I just love these BIG honeycomb daisies. 😍
I placed a little rubber ducky (adorned with colorful bracelets!) next to the main Bexley Fest sign for added baby shower vibes.
The rainbow sequin fabric (sitting under the neon tumblers) is a gem I found at Joann that was originally used for another friend’s About to Pop! Popsicle Baby Shower.
Festival Photo Booth Backdrop
The minute I laid eyes on this Rainbow Streamer Fringe Curtain, it was over! ✅😍
I knew it would make for the PERFECT festival-themed photo booth backdrop.
We hung OH BABY Balloons + big daisy balloons across the top to add some baby shower flair.
Here’s one more peek at the beaded name sunglasses because they are just so ridiculously cute!!
And yes – for all ages… I love the idea of these for a kids’ party too.
Hope you found some ideas here to help make YOUR favorite mom-to-be feel loved!! 💖🌈🌼
